After spending the last 4 years setting up Integral Consulting Engineers as a Teal Organisation, we are very excited to share that Stephen has set up the community group “Evolutionary Organisations Tasmania”.
The aim of the group is to support the development of organisations in Tasmania that rise above current organisational practices. Ways of working together that build trust, connection and purpose. And it is not just for engineers! The group is for businesses or other community groups, and for any collective of people who are working with purpose.
